Welcome to High Bonanza Community Access

As Brighton Estates continues to grow, maintaining safe and reliable winter access to our homes and properties has never been more important. That's why we formed High Bonanza Community Access, Inc. (HBCA) — a 501c3 nonprofit corporation with one mission: to provide consistent, reliable snowplowing and road maintenance for Brighton Estates property owners, their guests, and the greater public who depend on this road each winter. HBCA operates independently of any property owners' association and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Brighton Estates property owners.

Our Goals

  • Maintain safe winter access by securing UDOT and Wasatch County permits, managing gate key sales and distribution, servicing equipment, coordinating plow schedules, and ensuring fair compensation for plow operators.

  • Fund operations through annual key sales and community donations.

  • Communicate openly and regularly through email newsletters covering operations, financials, and future plans.

  • Provide real-time winter road status updates via GroupMe.

  • Direct any surplus funds toward summer road maintenance and long-term improvements.

Why It Matters

This road doesn't maintain itself — and no government agency, resort, or outside organization is responsible for keeping it open. For years, that responsibility has fallen entirely on this community. HBCA exists to make sure that effort is sustainable, equitable, and built to last.

Your support — whether through purchasing a key, making a donation, or simply spreading the word — is what makes it all possible. Thank you for being part of it.

Questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you at contact@highbonanzacommunityaccess.com.

Sincerely, Your HBCA Board of Directors
