Gate Keys

Your annual key purchase directly funds our snow removal program — thank you for your support. Here's everything you need to know.

Eligibility

Key purchases are open to current Brighton Estates property owners and anyone with a valid rental agreement for a property in the community.

How to Purchase

Keys are available online through this website, payable by credit card or PayPal. First-time purchasers may be asked to show proof of ownership or a rental agreement for the property listed at checkout. Please reach out for the purchase portal login credentials. contact@highbonanzacommunityaccess.com

Review the Key Waiver, Parking Map, and Dumpster Lot information.
Add your key(s) and trailer parking (if needed) to your cart, complete the required information, and check out.
Save your confirmation email — you'll need to show it at pickup. A photo on your phone is fine; no need to print.

Cash or Check Payments

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, deposit your payment directly into the HBCA account at any America First Credit Union location. Please retain your deposit receipt as proof-of-purchase for pickup.

Bring a printed and signed copy of the key waiver with you when picking up your key(s).

All keys must be purchased prior to pickup. There are no in-person sales.

Key Waiver

By completing your purchase you are agreeing to the terms of the Annual Key Use and Indemnification Agreement.

Key Pickup

Dates, times, and location will be announced. Please plan to pick up your key during one of the scheduled pickups — HBCA's volunteer board has limited ability to accommodate requests outside of those dates and times.

Trailer Parking

Trailer parking is available on a very limited basis for an additional $325 per 10’x18’ parking space. Trailers over 18’ require the purchase of the number of parking spaces that they will occupy. Trailer parking will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please email us to coordinate your spot before arriving. Organized parking from day one makes trailer access and snow removal significantly easier throughout the season.
