THIS SERVICE DEPENDS ON FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM OUR COMMUNITY

KEEPING THIS SERVICE GOING DEPENDS ON EVERYONE'S SUPPORT!

HBCA winter key purchases do not fund or contribute to Stuart’s regular winter grooming program.

Contributions to support these services are made directly to B-C Excavating & Snow Grooming through its independent community funding program.

If you enjoy and benefit from our community groomed winter routes, please consider contributing! These services require significant time, equipment, and expense, and their continued operation depends on community support.

Please spread the word to your neighbors, friends, guests, and fellow winter recreationists. Everyone who benefits from these services can help support them, and every contribution makes a difference!

• Grooming will generally take place Thurs or Fri nights to help facilitate heavier weekend access and use

• All designated routes will be groomed (see map below)

• Weekly updates will be provided via GroupMe 

• Grooming is contingent on trail conditions, weather, and community sourced funds

OUR GOAL IS TO ACHIEVE A FULL WINTER OF GROOMING

18 WEEKS from December - April

Plus ~5-10 additional grooming services depending on winter conditions

**Timing and necessity of grooming will be assessed weekly to optimize trail longevity.

Contributions

Recommended contribution is $750 for the 2026/2027 season

• The full route includes the entire Brighton Estates neighborhood is $1,875 per week

  This includes 5 hrs of machine time at $375/hr for planned community grooming services

Other Services Provided:

Custom or On-Call Snowcat work is available 24/7 throughout the winter

• Scheduled driveway and property grooming

• Vehicle / Snowmobile Recovery / Emergency Towing

• Needed snow removal / snow management around cabins

• Bulk water delivery

• Personnel / material transport to and from properties

$400/hr minimum
