Winter road plowing is provided by High Bonanza Community Access, a Utah non-profit corporation. HBCA is led by a volunteer group of Brighton Estates residents who work together to provide plowed vehicular access over Empire Pass to Brighton Estates property owners.

We fund our operation solely through support from Brighton Estates residents and donations from the general public.
