Winter snow removal over Empire Pass is provided by High Bonanza Community Access (HBCA), an independent Utah 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Brighton Estates property owners. We’re dedicated to safe and reliable winter vehicular access over Empire Pass to the Y Parking area for all Brighton Estates property owners.

Our snow removal operations are funded through annual winter gate key purchases and generous contributions from property owners and members of the public who benefit from this winter access.

Whether you own property in Brighton Estates, visit friends and family, or simply enjoy winter recreation in the area, your support helps us maintain equipment, cover operating costs, and keep winter access available for our community and the public.
