Keeping Our Mountain Community Connected Through Winter

High Bonanza Community Access, Inc. (HBCA) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining safe and reliable winter vehicle access to Brighton Estates and our unique mountain community.

Led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Brighton Estates property owners, HBCA works closely with community members, Wasatch County, UDOT, neighboring landowners, and other partners to coordinate snow removal and winter road maintenance along SR-224, from the Winter Gate over Empire Pass to Pine Canyon Road (the Y).

HBCA's operations are funded primarily through winter gate key purchases and community contributions. Whether you're a property owner, neighbor, or winter recreationist, your cooperation and support help sustain winter access for all.
